Rodent Pest Control: Rats & Mice

Mice, rats and other rodents are sly, cunning and incredibly sneaky. They are most active during the evenings and late into the night. They can chew through electrical wiring, wood, walls and burrow through and around the property. Do not underestimate their ability to access your home or business. If there is a food source they will find a way to get in.

Once they access the property they bring disease, urine and feces that can contaminate the area and pose a health risk to you and your family.

  • Mice are nibblers while rats are voracious eaters
  • Both mice and rats are the most active at night
  • Important to cut off rodent food sources to prevent additional growth
  • Goal is to be able to trap all rodents and eliminate them
  • Prevent them from moving and moving their habitat to another area

Rodent Pest Control: Our Pest Rodent Control Services

  • Rodent Pest Control
  • Rodent Management
  • Rodent Exclusion
  • Rodent Elimination
All of the above services start with fully inspecting the home property or business property. During the initial visit we will inspect your property and go over ways on reducing rodent access to food sources in and around the property to prevent an increase in rodent population.

We scope the entire property in detail and identify entry point areas where the rodents will most likely access the property. A full, thorough inspection both inside and outside the property must be performed to make sure all possible rodent pest entry points are covered. Rodent pest control agents that are less experienced in rodent pest control are most likely to miss this.

We then proceed to seal them off and/or set traps to catch them.

Remember, the best way to rodent control is to keep them from coming into the property from the get go. If the property is already infested we must take measures to prevent them from running off to other areas to breed and eliminate them at their source.
